Terms of sale and use

1. Who we are

FitZone Direct (“we”, “us”) is an online store operated by Wondertek Corp, Calabasas, CA 91302. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. When you submit it, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the total shown at checkout to the card you enter. All purchases are one-time. We do not offer subscriptions, and we never set up recurring charges. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud, spot a pricing error or cannot fulfil it, and if we do we will refund anything you have paid.

3. Prices and accuracy

Prices are in US dollars. We work to keep descriptions, photographs and prices accurate, but mistakes happen. We may correct an error and, if it changes your order, give you the choice to confirm or cancel it.

4. Shipping, returns and cancellations

Delivery, refunds, returns and cancellations are governed by our shipping policy, refund policy and return & cancellation policy, which form part of these terms. In short: orders ship within 24–48 hours and arrive in 2–5 days, shipping is free over $75, you may return items within 30 days of receipt in any condition, and you can cancel an order until the day it ships.

5. Product information and health

Product photographs are for illustration and colours can look different on your screen. Information on this site is general and is not medical advice. Dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Read each label, keep supplements out of reach of children, and speak to a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. Use exercise equipment as intended and within your own limits.

6. Using the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with it, scrape it, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false information. The site is for people who can form a binding contract; if you are under 18, please shop with a parent or guardian.

7. Fraud prevention

To protect customers and cardholders we may collect technical details with your order (such as IP address, browser and device information), verify orders with you, and refuse, delay or cancel orders we suspect are fraudulent. We may share relevant records with payment providers and law enforcement.

8. Intellectual property

The site design, text and graphics belong to us or our licensors. Product photographs are credited on the photo credits page. Brand names that appear belong to their owners. You may not copy or reuse our content without permission.

9. Third-party links

The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Disclaimers and limits

The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, apart from any warranty that the manufacturer provides with a product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

11. Disputes

Please contact us first at [email protected]; most problems can be fixed quickly. Any dispute we cannot resolve will be settled by confidential, binding arbitration on an individual basis, and you waive any right to bring or join a class action. Claims must be brought within one year of arising. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.

Privacy policy

What we collect

When you order or write to us we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and the content of your message. At checkout you enter payment card details, which are passed to our payment processor; we do not keep your full card number. We also receive technical details such as your IP address, browser, device, screen size, time zone and language, which we use to prevent fraud and keep the site working. Your bag is stored in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there if you come back.

How we use it

To take payment, deliver your order, send order and shipping emails, answer your questions and handle returns, to detect and prevent fraud, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

With the companies that help us run the store: payment processors and card networks, shipping carriers, email delivery and fraud-prevention providers, and professional advisers. We share only what each needs to do its job. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when the law requires it. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and legal purposes, and then delete or anonymise them.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where the law allows, by emailing [email protected]. California residents have specific rights over their personal information, and we will honour valid requests. You can clear your bag at any time by emptying it or clearing your browser storage.

Security and children

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure. The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
